Julie Anderson

Julie Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Julie started their career at Macy's in 1994, where they held roles as District Manager of Learning and Development and Manager of Business Initiatives-Stores Education. At Macy's, they designed and delivered training programs, coached management on performance development, and managed training activities for multiple stores.

In 2012, Julie joined IBM as an Education Consultant for IBM Commerce. Julie'sresponsibilities included developing instructional materials, conducting training programs for internal and external clients, and assessing training needs to provide coaching and support.

Julie then moved to BroadStaff in 2015, where they held various roles, including Senior Recruiter, Director of Recruitment and Training, and EVP of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Development. At BroadStaff, they were involved in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, implementing recruitment procedures, and developing training programs.

Most recently, Julie joined Wrench Group in 2021 as the Director of Recruitment and Retention, and later became the Vice President of Recruiting. Wrench Group specializes in home repair and maintenance services, and Julie oversees recruitment efforts to support the company's growth.
