Johnny later became the Ecuador Country Manager, overseeing business development and strategic objectives. During their time at Inter-Con Security Systems, Johnny successfully managed security operations for large corporations, focusing on loss prevention and achieving significant financial results.

In 2013, Johnny joined WSO - Worldwide Security Options as the OPS Director for Latin America and the Ecuador Country Manager. In this role, they played an integral part in business management and development for various sectors, including oil, mining, gas, energy, and more. Johnny also took on the position of Chief Operations Officer in 2019, where they were responsible for ensuring the control of global operations, business development, and sustainable growth in all countries.
