Cynthia Vaughn

Cynthia Vaughn is an accomplished music educator, author, and clinician with extensive experience in vocal performance and pedagogy. Currently serving as the Owner of Cynthia Vaughn Music Educator since August 2022, Cynthia is also a Co-Author of "The Singing Book" 4th edition, set for Spring 2023 release with Rowman & Littlefield Publishers, where previous editions were co-authored with Meribeth Dayme. Additionally, Cynthia holds the position of Associate Editor for "Independent Voices" in the National Association of Teachers of Singing's magazine "Inter Nos." With a background as an Assistant Professor of Music at Colorado State University and the founder of Magnolia Music Studio, Cynthia has dedicated over three decades to fostering talent in vocalists and instrumentalists, emphasizing a collaborative artistic environment. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Music Vocal Performance from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s degree from California State University - East Bay.
