Esteban Garcia Leaño is a skilled engineering professional with a diverse background in product support, maintenance management, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Product Support and Training Manager at Terberg Taylor Americas LLC since August 2022, Esteban previously held various leadership roles in plant maintenance at Bioenergy S.A.S, where responsibilities included overseeing industrial and mechanical maintenance. As a co-founder of both Spike Outdoors Equipment and G&G Industries, Esteban demonstrated an innovative approach to designing outdoor gear and user-friendly accessories for motorcyclists. Early career experiences included a customer service position at Teleperformance Colombia and a brief stint as a Production Engineer at ACUSTEC DE COLOMBIA S.A.S. Esteban holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes, obtained in 2018.
