Lynette Holland has over 27 years of work experience in various roles related to fragrance technology, innovation, and commercialization. Lynette has held positions at companies like Procter & Gamble, Coty, and Brunel University London. Lynette has expertise in developing and patenting fragrance technologies, leading R&D teams, and collaborating with businesses to drive technology adoption. Currently, they serve as the Principal Scientist at Xampla, where they continue to contribute their wealth of knowledge and experience in the field.
Lynette Holland holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Chemical Engineering and an MA (Cantab) in Natural Sciences Part 1A, 1B & Chemical Engineering Part I from the University of Cambridge. In 2000, they became a Chartered Chemical Engineer with the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE), and in 2018, they were recognized as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry. Additionally, they are an Associate Member of the British Society of Perfumers.
