Xavi Rocabruna Aguayo

Xavi Rocabruna Aguayo has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software development. Xavi started their career as an Administrator of systems at IQV - Industrias Químicas del Vallés during their internship in 2008. Xavi then worked at Phibo as a HelpDesk associate from October 2011 to March 2012. Xavi then joined ASLOGIC as a Full-stack Developer in November 2012 and worked there until January 2016. Here, they developed aeronautical and handling management systems using Java, C#, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.

In 2016, Xavi joined Coneix Project Management sl as a Full-stack Web Developer. During their tenure (February 2016 to June 2017), they worked on the development and maintenance of modules in the CONEIX project management ERP. Xavi also handled custom development for new clients and migrated the application to the Symfony2 MVC system.

Xavi's next role was at Wanup, where they worked as a Backend Developer from June 2017 to May 2018. Xavi was responsible for the development and maintenance of a Symfony2 API middleware that processed XML or JSON messages from a Channel Manager and converted them into the required data format for SAP. Xavi also integrated new Channel Managers into the system.

Currently, Xavi is working at Xceed as a Senior Backend Developer since March 2019.

Xavi Rocabruna Aguayo studied at several educational institutions. From 2002 to 2006, they attended Escola Marinada where they completed their secondary education. Following that, from 2007 to 2009, they studied at IES Carles Vallbona, specializing in the exploitation of computer systems. Xavi then attended INS Sabadell from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Network Systems Administration. Lastly, they pursued a multi-platform application development program at INS Sabadell from 2012 to 2013. No specific field of study was provided for any of their degrees.
