Ashish Lall is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering customer success, operations management, project management, client management, and front office and back office services for P&C insurers. In his current role at Xceedance he is responsible for strategic account/client management, client delivery with a focus on efficiency, automation, and supporting clients to grow by providing a multitude of services around the life cycle of a policy and other needs of an insurance organization.
Prior to his current role, Ashish was responsible for spearheading automation and transformation programs for key clients, identifying solutions that help customers, and project management for key client and Xceedance initiatives.
Prior to joining Xceedance, Ashish spent about 6 years in the U.S. P&L commercial insurance market focused on submission clearance, underwriting support, and policy issuance. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (with honors) in history from Delhi University and is PMP certified and holds a certificate in digital transformation by IIT Bombay.
