Ruby Foster

Ruby Foster is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles, currently serving as a Senior People Partner at CreateFuture since September 2022. Prior to this, Ruby held positions as a People Partner at Tappit and as an HR Business Partner at SSG Insight. Ruby's career began as an HR Assistant and Business Development Executive at SSG Insight and VoiceCouncil, respectively. A background in customer service and interpersonal skills was developed during Ruby's tenure as a Sales Assistant at The Dune Group. Ruby holds multiple CIPD qualifications, including a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Leeds College of Music.
