Philip Lerner has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2019, they worked as a Warehouse Material Handler Co-op Student at Progistix Solutions Inc. In 2020, they worked as an Employment Metrics Analyst Co-op at the University of Waterloo. In 2021, they held multiple roles, including a Research Data Analyst Co-op at the National Research Council Canada, a Junior Statistician-Mathematician Co-op at Statistics Canada, and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Laurier Autism Research Consortium. In 2022, Philip joined Xe.com as a Data Science Associate Co-op, and in 2023, they transitioned to a role as a Data Scientist at the same company.
Philip Lerner pursued their education at the University of Waterloo from 2018 to 2023. During this time, they completed a Bachelor of Mathematics Honours degree in Statistics with a minor in Computing, while also participating in the university's co-op program. Philip obtained additional certifications, including "Citizen Data Scientist: Introduction to Business Intelligence" from the Advanced Analytics and Research Lab in October 2019, and "Intermediate SQL" from the University of Waterloo in September 2019.
