Carl Rojas, CPA

Carl Rojas, CPA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of accounting and finance. Carl started their career in 2001 with Georgia Gulf Corporation as a Manager of Financial Reporting and then moved to Equifax in 2003, where they served as the VP of SEC Reporting and Accounting Policy. In 2006, they joined EarthLink Internet as the Director of SEC Reporting and Financial Systems. From 2009 to 2012, Carl worked as a Consultant/Controller for Generation Mortgage Company. In 2013, they joined JCurve as a Consultant, leading audits for Tech Startup, Cloud Sherpas, and working on technical accounting and SEC reporting projects. In 2014, Carl joined Accenture as a Senior Manager and also worked as a Corporate Controller for Cloud Sherpas until 2018. Carl then moved to Crossix Solutions as the Corporate Controller from 2019 to 2021. Most recently, Carl worked as the Corporate Controller for Nozomi Networks from 2021 to 2023. Carl is currently working at Xeal in their Accounting department.

Carl Rojas, CPA, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from The University of Texas at Austin, which they completed in 1993. Carl furthered their education by pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, which they completed in 1996. In 2001, Carl Rojas obtained a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from Texas Tech University. Additionally, they obtained their CPA certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in May 1999.
