Olena Khomenko

Olena Khomenko has over 8 years of experience in the field of quality assurance and test automation engineering. Olena is currently working at Xempus as a Senior Test Automation Engineer since April 2022, and was previously a Test Automation Engineer in the same company from April 2021 to March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CHECK24 Vergleichsportal GmbH as a QA Automation Engineer from August 2019 to March 2021. Olena also has experience as a QA Automation Engineer at GlobalLogic from August 2017 to July 2019. Olena started their career at Trust Sourcing as a QA Engineer from March 2016 to August 2017, and also worked as a QA Engineer at UkrNet from April 2015 to February 2016. Olena began their professional journey at Servus Systems Integration Ltd. as a QA Engineer from September 2013 to March 2015.

Olena Khomenko completed their Master's degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' between 2008 and 2014. In 2015, they attended English courses at the English School "Green Forest" and achieved an Upper Intermediate level in English. In 2017, Olena enrolled in the SoftServe IT Academy to study Automation QC (Python), although the completion date for this program is not specified. In terms of additional certifications, Olena obtained the ISTQB® Certified Tester, Foundation Level certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in November 2015. Olena also acquired the Goethe-Zertifikat A2 (German) from the Goethe-Institut e.V. in October 2021 and completed the WebdriverIO - Selenium Webdriver using Node.js course on Udemy in March 2021.
