Craig Pancoast CSHM, CHST has extensive experience in safety management within the construction industry. Currently serving as Senior Safety Manager at XL Construction since August 2002, Craig has developed a robust expertise in maintaining safety standards and practices. Prior to this role, Craig worked at Rudolph and Sletten from March 1994 to August 2002 as a Carpenter and Safety Coordinator, where foundational skills in both carpentry and safety coordination were established.
