Catarina Gaspar is a Visual Design Manager at Xpand IT since March 2019, responsible for mentoring the design team, developing strategies, and ensuring project alignment with customer expectations and brand guidelines. Catarina's extensive experience includes roles as a Visual Designer specializing in collaborative branding and marketing materials, and as a Photographer and Videographer at Fstudio from 2012 to 2020. Additional positions include Social Network Management and Graphic Design for brands such as SmileBox Photobooths and I DO Events. Catarina holds a Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts and Multimedia from Instituto Politécnico de Santarém, along with various professional development courses in digital education and photography.
