Joanne Bell has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Joanne started their career in 1990 as a Sales Executive at Computer Bookshops Ltd. From there, they worked as a Field Sales Executive at Simon & Schuster UK and then as a Territory Sales Representative at Robinson Healthcare Ltd. In 2002, they joined Ideal Shopping Direct as a Guest Scheduler before moving on to City & County Estate Agents as a Lettings Agent, responsible for managing rental properties.

In 2008, Joanne joined Active Learning Partnership Ltd. as a Telemarketer. Shortly after, they joined Xperience as an MMD Account Manager, responsible for managing key accounts. Over the years, they progressed within the company and took on roles such as Sales Manager, managing a team of account managers, and eventually became the Director of Account Management.

Throughout their various roles at Xperience, Joanne has demonstrated their expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, client relationships, budgeting, marketing, and system reviews. Their focus has been on building strong client relationships and working collaboratively to drive business growth and strategy.
