Becki Arellano has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Starting from 2023, they have worked as a Project Coordinator II at Yahara Software. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2021, Becki served as the Administrative Coordinator at the Center for International Education in Madison Area Technical College. Becki then joined the United Way of Dane County, initially as the Project Coordinator of Corporate Campaigns from 2017 to 2019, and later as the Assistant Director of Community Engagement and Marketing for a brief period in 2019. From 2013 to 2017, Becki worked as an International Representative - Administrative Assistant at Bankers' Bank. Before that, they held the position of Native English Teacher at Dangjin Office of Education from 2012 to 2013, where they created the curriculum and taught middle school students. Lastly, Becki gained work experience as the Lead Communication Assistant at Society's Assets, Inc from 2006 to 2009.

Becki Arellano attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2009 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Anthropology with a focus on Sociology and Anthropology. Becki obtained additional certifications throughout their career, including the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis™ from IIBA in July 2022 and the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Madison Area Technical College in February 2021. Becki also completed courses such as "Getting Started with Agile Software Development" and "Become a Project Coordinator" through LinkedIn in March 2023 and February 2023 respectively. Furthermore, they became a member of the IIBA in May 2022.
