Benjamin Tudor

Benjamin Tudor is an experienced executive in human resources, currently serving as the Executive Director of HR Compensation & Retirement at Yale New Haven Health since September 2019. In this role, Benjamin oversees compensation, performance management, retirement, employee financial wellness, and physician compensation and contracting. Benjamin has also held significant positions at the American Association of Provider Compensation Professionals, including Director of Provider Compensation & Business Arrangements and Advisory Council Member since January 2021. Prior experience includes managerial and associate roles at Veralon, where Benjamin contributed from May 2015 to August 2019. Benjamin holds a Master of Health Administration from Cornell University and is pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University, with a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Centre College.
