Melinda Brown

Melinda Brown currently serves as the Senior Director of Central Program Delivery and the National Director of Talent Solutions at Year Up, where responsibilities include championing innovative program elements and managing diverse partnerships and projects. Previously, Melinda held the position of Site Director for Higher Education Programs at Year Up Greater Philadelphia, achieving significant improvements in program retention, job placement, and corporate partnerships. Melinda is also an official member of the Forbes Nonprofit Council and has experience as a Workforce Developer at the People's Emergency Center, where management of a $700,000 program budget was key to driving strategic workforce development initiatives.
