Tara Swift

Tara Swift possesses extensive experience in applied behavior analysis and youth mentorship, currently serving as a Behavior Technician at Beyond the Label since January 2014 and as a Lead ABA Therapist at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati since August 2009. In these roles, Tara focuses on supporting children aged 3-6 with Autism Spectrum Disorder and guiding at-risk youth through the YMCA Mentoring Program. Previous work includes serving as a Basketball Coach and Youth Leader with Sports Across Ireland, where Tara engaged youth in sports to address social challenges. Tara's educational background includes a Master of Social Work with a Mental Health Concentration and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work with a Psychology Minor, both from the University of Kentucky.
