Franck Pierre

Franck PIERRE has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Franck is currently serving as the VP - Partnership & Business Development Director at Ÿnsect, where they are responsible for business development, partnerships, corporate development, and managing the R&D center. Prior to this, Franck worked as the Director R&D - Innovation at Ÿnsect, leading R&D activities and managing the R&D - Innovation Center.

Before joining Ÿnsect, Franck held the position of Director Research & Innovation Centre Group at Pernod Ricard, where they managed the R&D - Innovation Centre Group and oversaw various projects related to research, innovation, and operational support.

Franck also has consulting experience with Firmenich, where they advised the Group Executive and Business Excellence team on developing and promoting a global transformation plan for operations and supply chain in the Fragrances & Flavours industry.

Additionally, Franck has worked as the COO - Group Director of Operations at Groupement Les Mousquetaires, where they repositioned corporate operations as a business partner and contributed to the deployment of the industrial strategy within the organization.

Earlier in their career, Franck worked as a Senior Manager Business Consulting at B&T Associés, managing consulting teams and leading missions related to transformation, change, and operational excellence for various clients in different industries.

Franck also gained extensive experience at Givaudan, where they held multiple roles, including Global Coordinator - Transformation Creation Labs & Pilot units, Operations Director - Perfumery creation Labs, R&D, Production, Operations Manager - Labs & Pilot units, and Quality - Operational Excellence Manager.

Franck began their career as a Quality Manager at Danone and served as an Intelligence & Operations Officer in the French Air Force.

Franck Pierre completed their Baccalauréat degree at Lycée Louis-le-Grand from 1981 to 1984. Franck then attended Lycée Saint Louis from 1985 to 1987, where they studied Biology. In 1987, Franck briefly studied Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Life Sciences at Pierre and Marie Curie University. From 1988 to 1992, they pursued an Engineering degree at L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers, specializing in Agronomy, Food industry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, and Technologies. Furthermore, they completed a Master's degree in Strategy, Strategic marketing, Innovation management, and Business Economics - Finance at ESSEC Business School in 2010 after also attending Agronomy & Food industry Engineer - AGRO | Strategy & Innovation - ESSEC from 1988 to 2010.
