Franck Pierre completed their Baccalauréat degree at Lycée Louis-le-Grand from 1981 to 1984. Franck then attended Lycée Saint Louis from 1985 to 1987, where they studied Biology. In 1987, Franck briefly studied Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Life Sciences at Pierre and Marie Curie University.
