Walt Miner

Walt Miner is a Senior Director at The Linux Foundation, where Walt serves as the Community Manager for the Automotive Grade Linux open source project. Prior to this role, Walt held various senior management positions in companies such as Mentor Graphics, MontaVista Software, Continental Automotive Systems, Motorola, Northrop Grumman, and ITT Avionics. Walt has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. Walt also has experience in managing software engineering teams and leading the development of various software platforms in the automotive and aerospace industries. Additionally, Walt has served as President of the Board of Trustees at Church of the Cross as a volunteer position.
