Michiharu Sono

Michiharu Sono has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. They started their career in 2012 as a Product Manager/Program Manager at Sony Interactive Entertainment, where they worked until 2015. Following that, they joined Sony as a Business Development professional for a year before moving to Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. as a Business Development Manager from 2016 to 2017. They then joined MetLife Japan, where they worked in Corporate Strategy and Business Development until January 2020. In 2020, Michiharu Sono worked at PanaSonic and Yohana Japan as a Program Manager. In 2023, they joined Yohana as a Technical Program Manager.

Michiharu Sono completed their Bachelor's degree in Business & Commerce at Keio University from 2005 to 2010. Michiharu then pursued a Master's degree in Media Design from 2010 to 2012 at the Graduate School of Media Design, Yamagata University.
