Marie-Anne Chambaz

Marie-Anne Chambaz (Hemery) has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role is as the Global Head of Support at YOOBIC, where they started in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Meta as the Global Program Lead - Enterprise Operations from 2019 to 2023, where they developed and led strategic initiatives to transform Enterprise customer support and drive growth.

Before joining Meta, Marie-Anne held various managerial positions. Marie-Anne worked at Burberry as the Senior Programme Manager - Supply Chain Excellence from 2017 to 2019. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Senior Programme Manager - Post-Merger Integration at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP. Marie-Anne served as the Project Management Director at iRiS Software Systems Ltd in 2015.

In their earlier career, they worked at Orange Business Services as the Customer Project Director (LVMH) from 2012 to 2014. Marie-Anne started their tenure at Orange in 2006, initially as the Sales & Marketing Operations Programme Manager (e-commerce) from 2008 to 2012, and then as the Operational CRM Project Manager from 2006 to 2008.

Prior to Orange, Marie-Anne worked at Peugeot as the Senior CRM Strategy Project Manager from 2004 to 2006. Their achievements during this time include deploying a €20M CRM program in 7 European countries, executing the CRM program for the launch of Peugeot 1007 resulting in the acquisition of 59,000 leads, and managing and implementing Peugeot B2C loyalty programs in different countries.

Marie-Anne's career began in 2001 at PSA Peugeot Citroen, where they served as an IT Project Manager until 2004. Marie-Anne also worked at Innovitech as the Assistant to the Emerging Business Manager in 2000.

Marie-Anne Chambaz (Hemery) has completed an Intrapreneurship Program, specializing in Business Management, at Cranfield School of Management and emlyon business school. Additionally, they hold a Master's Degree in Information Systems & Organisation from ICN Business School. Marie-Anne has also obtained certification as a Leader as a Coach Certified from Circlê in 2021.
