Rebecca Shineman

Rebecca Shineman is the current Executive Director of Marketing at York College Pennsylvania. Rebecca has previous experience working as an Assistant Director of Marketing Strategy at Penn State University and as a Consultant for the Clarins Group. In their current position, Rebecca is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of strategic marketing plans, writing and editing print collateral, email campaigns, and website content, and developing and managing marketing budgets. Rebecca regularly analyzes marketing effectiveness to ensure success metrics are being met and consults with client leads on key strategic business decisions.
