Derrick Olij

Derrick Olij is an experienced professional in strategy and business performance, currently holding a position at TSH since February 2024. Prior to this role, Derrick worked at Strategy& from April 2016 to February 2024, serving as a Senior Engagement Manager, Engagement Manager, and Senior Associate. Derrick gained early experience as an intern at Houlihan Lokey and as a graduate student at Deltares. Additionally, Derrick served as the head teacher in Physics and Chemistry at Marnix Gymnasium. Derrick holds a Master of Science in Hydraulic Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Master of Science in Econometrics and Management Science from Erasmus University Rotterdam, supplemented by a Premaster in the same field and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering.
