Hans Jaeger

Hans Jaeger joined YRCI in 2004. After many pivotal successes – today Hans provides leadership to YRCI’s Program Development team, focused on corporate growth strategy. His day to day focus is on the guidance to the business, program, capture, and proposal development strategists, and analysts. Hans’ extensive experience and industry expertise ensures successful growth and execution strategy for YRCI’s entire current and emerging portfolio of clients. Prior to coming to YRCI, Hans was serving the role of Executive Vice President of Sales for The LYNX Group, Inc. and Director of Sales for Computer Network Systems, Inc. Hans is also the visionary behind YRCI’s innovative Remote Operations Center (ROC) where a shared services delivery method is utilized for HR and Acquisition support services to numerous federal agency clients. Hans earned a B.S. degree in Accounting, and has completed a vast array of studies at the graduate level including Environment Science and Policy at Johns Hopkins University, and History, Geography, and Archaeology within the University of Maryland system. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors on the Shared Services Leadership Coalition, he is a frequent presenter and speaker at Government and Industry events.
