Jeff Phillips

Jeff Phillips is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Youth Enrichment Brands, where kids are provided with opportunities to discover and nurture their passions through a range of programs. Prior to this role, Jeff held key positions at Grocery Outlet, where Jeff oversaw store strategy and operator support, contributing to significant revenue growth and store expansion. With a background in strategy and analytics, Jeff has also worked at The Parthenon Group and gained experience in customer marketing and strategy at the New England Patriots. Jeff holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in English and History from the University of Pennsylvania.
