Koya Graham

Koya Graham, MA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Currently serving as the Lead Facilitator and DEI Specialist at Youth Opportunities Unlimited, Koya has also held multiple roles within the organization, including Senior Education Trainer and Human Resources Specialist. As the Founder of COTW and Project Manager at Little Africa Food Collaborative, Koya has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills. Previous experience includes serving as a Buckeye Road Ambassador for Burten, Bell, Carr Development, Inc., and acting as a Human Resources Business Partner for Greater Cleveland RTA. Koya's academic background includes a Master’s in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s in English, both from Marygrove College.
