Michel Verspui

Michel Verspui has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Michel is the Founder of The Growth Collective (TGC) since 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the CEO of YSE, focusing on developing future talents and implementing innovative talent programs for organizations. Michel also co-founded governance by meaning in 2017, aiming to introduce new generations in the field of governance. Another significant endeavor was co-founding WeShareTalent in 2011, where they built a social network for knowledge and experience sharing among corporates. Additionally, Michel served as a Business Connector at Zevende Hemel, Co-founder of Route Circulair, and a Supervisory Board member at APS. Michel had a role in Business Involvement at Conclusion, creating new ventures and business models, and also served as a Board member at Lemniscaat School of Management and Managing Director at Human Capital Group.

Michel Verspui attended Gymnasium Camphusianum from 1979 to 1985. Michel then pursued their higher education at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where they obtained a drs degree in Business economics and Information Management from 1986 to 1992.
