Barbara Harper

Barbara Harper is a Senior Administrative Program Director with over 30 years of experience in Programs and Human Resources experience. She attended Southern Illinois University Major in Business Administration. Her professional experience includes senior-level management, strategic program management training development, human relations, program design, budget forecasting, and organizational development.

She is currently the Senior Administrative Program Director for the YWCA GLA. In this role, she has been responsible for evaluating program outcomes to ensure benchmarks and program compliance is achieved.

Prior to her role as the Program Administrator, she served as the Senior HR Director for the Los Angeles Job Corps Center for 12 years. She managed all HRD functions and also served as a member of the Senior Management Team.
