Justin Scott

Justin Scott has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as the National Operations and Training Executive and previously as the Corporate Operations Manager at Zambrero since March 2020. Prior roles include General Manager at INDU Dining from January 2019 to March 2020, and Restaurant General Manager at Méjico from December 2016 to January 2019. Justin also has a strong background in management positions, having served as Assistant Restaurant Manager at INDU Dining and Méjico, Bar Manager at Sauce Wine Bar and Grill, and Bar Promotions/Cocktail Specialist at The Jack. Justin began a career in restaurant supervision at Caseys Grill & Bar from January 2011 to January 2013. Justin's educational background includes studies at Durham College and Forest Heights Collegiate Institute.
