Jose Mari Jr. Garcia

Jose Mari Jr. Garcia began their career in 2019 as an Application Development Associate at Accenture, where they worked as an ETL Developer for an Insurance Company. Jose Mari Jr. created the environment for a Staging area, loading the Staging area with data from multiple sources and wrote Complex SQL Queries to fetch data from OLTP System/Databases such as Oracle and DB2. In 2020, they joined Novare Technologies as a Senior Business Analyst, where they liaised between business and technical personnel to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications. Jose Mari Jr. also engaged clients to gather software requirements/business rules and translated stakeholder requirements into tangible deliverables. Jose Mari Jr. also worked as a Senior Data Engineer, where they were involved in gathering and analyzing the requirements and preparing business rules. In 2022, Jose Mari Jr. Garcia joined Zanovoy as a Business Process Consulting Lead and Senior Business Process Consultant.

Jose Mari Jr. Garcia completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, specializing in Business Analytics, from the University of Santo Tomas in 2019. Jose Mari Jr. then proceeded to obtain three additional certifications: Cloud Data and Application Integration R33/34, Specialist Certified from Informatica in August 2020, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in May 2020, and ITPEC: Fundamentals of IT Passport Exam from Information Technology Professionals Examination (ITPE) in April 2019.
