Susy Dunn is an experienced executive with a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer at Resilinc and a Venture Partner at Oregon Venture Fund, Susy has also held key positions such as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief People Officer at Zapproved and Act-On Software, respectively. Susy has a history of developing people strategies, driving operational initiatives, and enhancing organizational effectiveness across various companies, including Jama Software and Jive Software. With extensive expertise in talent management and strategic HR, Susy has contributed to the growth and success of numerous organizations. Susy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and Business from Oregon State University.
