Jason started his career in broadband support as an entry-level customer service rep and worked his way up through several positions to more and more responsibility. He sees this progression as a journey to hone his understanding of the inner workings of customer service and to share the many lessons he has learned with passion and purpose.

Traveling back and forth between ZCorum’s tech service centers in Gordon and Swainsboro, one of which he was instrumental in getting off the ground, Jason focuses his teams on activities that are less about using traditional customer service, and more about embracing the influential power of satisfied customers. He also believes in the influential power of adults to provide leadership to the youth of today and is very committed to teaching respect, sportsmanship, and teamwork by way of his actions.
