Genetre Clarke

Genetre Clarke is an experienced professional in client experience and account management. Currently serving as the Client Experience Division Manager at Zelis since September 2022, Genetre previously held multiple roles within Zelis™ Payments from February 2017 to April 2023, including Lead Client Experience Manager and Account Manager. Prior to that, Genetre worked as a Client Experience Technical Account Manager at Pay-Plus® Solutions, Inc., and as a Provider Service Liaison. Early career experience includes roles in customer relations at Windstream and quality assurance at Cavalier Telephone, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and dispute resolution. Genetre is a graduate of Edgewater High School.
