Tom Monaghan

Tom Monaghan is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in infrastructure, site reliability, and engineering productivity. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Zendesk since November 2021, Tom has held senior engineering positions at prominent companies including Anaplan, Conviva, and Box, where responsibilities focused on platform and infrastructure improvements. Prior to these roles, Tom contributed to salesforce.com in various leadership capacities, and began a career at EDS and OTN, accumulating over two decades of experience in software development and engineering management. Tom holds an MBA and a BS in Information Systems from the University of San Francisco.
