Urmilla Chandran

Urmilla Chandran is an experienced professional in technical writing and customer education, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Education at Zenoti since August 2016, where talent hiring, team management, and performance measurement are key responsibilities. Prior to this role, Urmilla held positions including Principal Technical Writer and Senior Technical Writer at Zenoti, where standardization of writing solutions and complex product documentation were significant achievements. Before Zenoti, Urmilla co-founded Steta, working as the Director of Content Development, and gained foundational experience at SumTotal Systems as the Lead of User Assistance, as well as earlier roles in technical writing and content development. Education includes a Master of Arts in Politics and International Relations from Pondicherry Central University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Economics, and Public Administration from St. Francis College for Women.
