Hai Lin

Hai Lin has a strong background in real estate and finance. Hai is currently working as the Director of Real Estate at ZERO&, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they were the Deputy Director of Investment & Development at Oceanwide from July 2015 to September 2022. At Oceanwide, they managed a $3 billion commercial real estate portfolio and oversaw large-scale mixed-use development projects in major cities across the United States. Before joining Oceanwide, Hai worked as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch from March 2013 to July 2015, and as a Fund Manager at Luca Asset Management from June 2012 to March 2013. Hai also has experience as a Financial Analyst at Pacific Rim Partners, Baochuan Capital Management, and as an Architectural Designer at Heller Manus Architects and SmithGroupJJR. Hai started their career as an Urban Designer at Wallace Roberts & Todd, LLC and worked as a Site Planner at EDSA earlier in their career.

Hai Lin holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Tsinghua University, which was completed in the year 2002. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Urban Design from the University of California, Berkeley, which was completed by the year 2005. Later, Hai Lin obtained an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business, with completion in the year 2012.
