Heather McCarthy's work experience begins in 2006 at Cision US, Inc., where they served as a Major Accounts Manager. Heather managed over 200 agency and corporate accounts and achieved success by understanding individual objectives and creating comprehensive solutions for each client's media intelligence needs.

In 2011, McCarthy joined Parties That Cook as the Director of Operations. Heather excelled at improving operations within the company and introduced a framework that could be replicated across different locations and events. Heather also forecasted quarterly performance and adjusted actions accordingly.

Starting in 2015, McCarthy worked at Cozymeal as the Vice President of Sales and Operations. Heather built sales and operational support teams from scratch and implemented frameworks that balanced structure with flexibility for creative teams. Heather was responsible for revenue generation, event management, and customer service.

From 2011 to 2021, McCarthy served as a Culinary Business Consultant at Lou Lou. Heather leveraged their extensive food industry and business knowledge to support clients' needs, from operational management to event production. Heather also volunteered at Pacific Community Ventures to consult with small food businesses on enhancing internal structures and processes.

Currently, McCarthy is the Head of Culinary Partnerships at Zerocater. Heather oversees partnership sourcing to ensure the best corporate catering providers are available in each market to meet client needs. Heather'smission is to help companies build better cultures through food and make Zerocater the top food company serving the workforce.

Heather McCarthy attended Tante Marie's Cooking School from 2010 to 2011, where they studied French Cuisine. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from UC San Diego from 2001 to 2004.
