Bart Vanzegbroeck

Bart Vanzegbroeck serves as the Finance Manager for Europe and North America at Zespri International since March 2022, overseeing financial operations for sales exceeding $200 million in North America and more than €800 million in Europe, including financial accounting, tax matters, statutory compliance, accounts payable, and credit control. Prior to this role, Bart accrued extensive experience at EY from October 2009 to March 2022, advancing to Senior Manager in Audit, where responsibilities included budgeting, resource planning, team management, financial statement reviews under various GAAP standards, risk analysis, and the implementation of efficiency tools. Bart contributed to EY’s Mercury project, participated in internal quality groups, and played a key role in recruitment and training. Educational qualifications include a Certified Public Auditor degree from the Instituut van de Bedrijfsrevisoren and studies at KU Leuven, Lessius Hogeschool Antwerpen, and Scheppersinstituut Mechelen.
