Sharon Spencer

Sharon Spencer, J.D., PMP, CSM, currently serves as a Technical Project Manager at Zeva Incorporated since August 2023. Previously, Sharon worked as an Advisory Specialist Senior (IT Security Project Manager) at Deloitte, where responsibilities included supporting the FEMA FIMA Risk Map program, enhancing cyber awareness, and implementing security controls for client systems. Earlier experiences include roles as an Applications Systems Analyst Journeyman at Technalink, a Business Analyst/Test Engineer at SAIC, and a Project Lead at Serco, where significant contributions were made in project management, system design, and process improvement. Sharon's legal background includes work as a D.C. Associate Attorney and a Paralegal, coupled with a strong educational foundation in cybersecurity technology and law, including a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
