Katie Webb

Katie Webb has extensive work experience in various roles. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Duff and Phelps. Then, from 2006 to 2008, they served as an Executive Recruiter at Ajilon. In 2008, they briefly worked as a Recruiter at Interior Talent Inc before joining BCD Meetings & Events. At BCD Meetings & Events, they held several positions, including a Special Projects Assistant to the President from 2008 to 2010, a Senior Manager of Recruiting and Talent Management from 2010 to 2014, and an Assistant to the Global President from 2014 to 2018. Katie'smost recent role was as the Director of Talent Acquisition, where they led talent sourcing and recruitment strategies for North America.

Katie Webb earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Sciences and Retailing from Purdue University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Katie also holds a Mental Health Aware Certification from MHFA England®.
