Craig Matta has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. Craig is currently working as the Director of Customer Service at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services, a role they started in September 2023. Prior to this, Craig worked at Verizon for several years, where they held positions such as Sr. Manager - Network Assurance and Sr. Manager - Technical Support. In these roles, they were responsible for managing global teams, developing and mentoring technical engineers, serving as a point of contact for new product design and implementation, and driving process improvements. Before Verizon, Craig briefly worked as a BDC Manager at CENTER SUBARU INC. Craig also has experience as the Global Customer Service & Operations Manager at FitLinxx, where they supported numerous fitness facilities worldwide and managed technical support and field services teams.
Craig Matta has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from Strayer University. Craig also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice from Post University. In addition, Craig has obtained a Lean Six Sigma / DFSS Green Belt certification from Aveta Business Institute in 2017.
