Elen Sondak has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Elen started their career at Pandas Computer, where they served as Sales and Technical Manager from 2002 to 2006. Elen also worked as the Editor In Chief and writer for a technological website called PcTip.co.il from 2001 to 2002.
In 2008, Elen joined Partner Israel as Sales and Customer Service Team Leader, where they led a team of 25 representatives and was responsible for daily, weekly, and special reports. Elen also provided solutions for complex customer service issues, supported customer service procedures, and handled training and shifts scheduling. Throughout their tenure at Partner Israel, Elen held various positions, including Headquarter Manager - Sales and Customer Service Retail Division (2010-2011), Knowledge Department Director (2011-2017), and Headquarter Manager and Executive Assistant to VP Private Service Division (2015-2017).
In 2017, Elen joined ZIM Integrated Shipping Services, initially serving as Head of Global Customer Experience until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Service Director for the Asia-Pacific Region.

Elen Sondak received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from the University of Haifa from 2016 to 2019.
