Frances O'Reilly began their work experience in 2003 as a Head Cashier at Barnes & Noble. In 2005, they joined ZIM Integrated Shipping Services, where they held various roles including Customer Service Manager, Imports and subsequently became the Director of Customer Service. During their time at ZIM, they managed customer relations, researched reports for errors, oversaw vessel cleaning and preparation, handled documentation for shipments, maintained communication with customers, assisted with terminal inquiries, generated bookings, maintained data integrity, and coordinated with US Customs for vehicle shipments.
Frances O'Reilly obtained a BA in Business Management from Virginia Wesleyan College, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
