Jess Robbins

Jess Robbins is an accomplished Systems Engineer at ZIN Technologies, Inc. since May 2009, with prior experience as a Research/Teaching Assistant at the University of Akron from September 2006 to December 2008. Jess has significant research experience at NASA Glenn Research Center, focusing on the cyclic electric fatigue of ferroelectric ceramic actuator elements. Previous roles include Field Technician at Nestor, Inc., Stage Sound Engineer at 40 Watt Club, and various handyman and carpentry responsibilities as a self-employed contractor. Jess has also served as Manager/Curator of a historic Bed and Breakfast and worked as a GIS Mapping Technician at Information Technology Outreach Services, UGA. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Physics and Astronomy and English from the University of Georgia.
