Shuvayu Dhar has a work experience that spans multiple roles and companies. Shuvayu started their career at Goals A+N in March 2014, where they worked in IT services until July 2015. In February 2015, they joined The Australian Education Times as a Full Stack Web Developer until December 2015. From January 2016 to February 2019, Shuvayu worked at 4mation Technologies as a Full Stack Developer, then as a Technical Development Lead from February 2019 to December 2019. Currently, they are employed at Zip Co since December 2019, initially as a Senior Software Engineer II and now as a Staff Software Engineer since September 2022.

Shuvayu Dhar's education history begins with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2013. Shuvayu then pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney from 2014 to 2015.
