Eric Dipalma

Eric DiPalma has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Eric started their career at Tarr Technology Consulting in 2007, where they worked as a Project Manager. During their time there, they were responsible for project initiation and planning, risk management, and maintenance of company historical information. Eric also managed local and distance virtual team project executions.

In 2010, Eric joined Innovative Audio Video as the PMO Head/Business Process Consultant. In this role, they played a critical role in developing operations for supply chain, client communication, technical staff, project hand-off, budgeting, portfolio management, and account management. Eric also implemented SCRUM/Agile processes in the project management department and designed a web-based management system to track and manage project life cycles, budgets, and activities across various departments.

Eric then moved to Pixafy in 2011, where they initially served as a Project Manager. Eric was responsible for managing projects and ensuring their successful completion. Later, in 2013, Eric was promoted to Director of Project Management, where they led the project management team and oversaw various projects until their departure in 2015.

Most recently, Eric joined Zoey in 2014 as the VP of Product. In this role, they are responsible for driving the product strategy and ensuring its successful implementation.

Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated their ability to lead and manage projects, implement efficient processes, and contribute positively to the growth and success of the companies they have worked for.

Eric DiPalma has a strong educational background in music and multimedia technology. Eric obtained a Master's degree in Music and Multimedia Technology from New York University, where they studied from 2004 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Music Technology from the same institution, attending from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their academic achievements, Eric also holds additional certifications, including a Six Sigma White Belt from the Aveta Business Institute, which they obtained in November 2012, and a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in June 2011.
