Wes Shover

Wes Shover possesses extensive experience in business development and defense strategies within the unmanned systems and advanced weaponry sectors. Currently serving as the VP of Business Development for Advanced Weapons Systems at Zone 5 Technologies, Wes leads initiatives focused on expanding market presence and aligning customer engagement with Warfighter needs. As a co-founder of The Vidar Group, Shover has developed training programs for MQ-9 Reaper students, leveraging a background working with military personnel. Additionally, roles as a senior consultant at Promethean Consulting Group and a member of the Defense Advocacy Committee for AUVSI complement a career marked by strategic sales and operational leadership across various organizations, including significant contributions to AUVSI and Sagetech Avionics. Wes holds a Master's Degree in Project Management and International Business from Colorado Technical University.
