Thuylan Chang

ThuyLan Chang currently serves as the Chief of Staff of ZT Corporate, working closely with the executive team to support and advance the company’s mission. She joined ZT’s Marketing Department in 2010 before transitioning into her current role, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the Marketing and Executive Administration Departments, among others.

Ms. Chang leads all internal and external marketing efforts, developing and executing a strategic marketing plan and managing public relations to support ZT’s goal of sustaining continued growth. She also collaborates with external partners to ensure all marketing elements are consistent and aligned with ZT’s desired image and position in all internal and external communications. As the company’s primary Brand Ambassador, she is responsible for expanding ZT’s brand awareness and networking opportunities through engagement with industry and professional organizations.

A passionate believer in corporate social responsibility and an ardent philanthropic supporter, ThuyLan donates her time as the Director of Marketing for the Altus Foundation, a nonprofit organization supported by ZT. She is responsible for editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of all organization publications, including those leading up to the Foundation’s gala, the biggest black-tie gala in Houston, raising more than $1M in 2018.
