Paul Dale has a long and varied work experience. Paul began their career in 2014 as the Group Global Chief Technology Officer at Dentsu International, where they were responsible for defining the company's global technology and IT strategy, architecture, and ensuring successful IT/technology operations. In 2016, they joined Microsoft as a Member of the Global AI, Data and Analytics Advisory Board, and they also became a Governor at Chessington Community College that same year. In 2018, they founded The Dales Company, a company that specializes in delivering highly skilled and flexible delivery and consulting services, and they also became an Advisory Board Member/Retained Consultant at the British Board of Film Classification and a Media Sector Consultant at Emissary.io. In 2019, they became an Addressable TV Advertising and Digital Media Consultant at Synamedia, and in 2020 they founded The British Computer Show. Finally, in 2022 they became the Chief Technology Officer at ZYBRE, the UK's first next generation multi-play home entertainment provider.
Paul Dale attended Stainburn School & Science College from 1981 to 1986. Paul then went on to West Cumbria College from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained an HND in Engineering. Finally, they attended Lancaster University from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a BEng in Double Major Computing and Electronics.
